- (1) Crown (CDL Technologies) 10" diameter single screw extruder, model CEXT10 approximately 30 to 1 L/D ratio, cored for cooling, eleectrically heated, water cooled side vented barrel with a circulation pump, holding tank, vacuum pump, and heat exchanger, feed opening with a ram feeder, model CDRF11, approximate 53" centerline height, driven by a 600 hp, 460 volt, 1190 RPM Motor, 12:75 gearbox ratio, 80 output rpm,
- (1) Crown approximate 12" hydraulic screen changer, model CSPSC12, with a 5HP power pack
- (1) Crown underwater pelletizer cutting head, model CUW-5, driven by a 30hp, 3/60/208-230/460 volt, 1755 rpm motor, mounted on a stand
- (1) Crown tampering system, model CUW-5WT
- (1) EZ-Kleen dryer, model CUW-5WB
- (1) Crown (CDLTechnologies) 8" diameter single screw extruder, model CTS16-8, tapered screw starting at approximate 16" diameter, down to 8" diameter, approximately 108" total length, cored for cooling, electrically heated, water cooled barrel with a circulation pump, holding tank, and heat exchanger, approximate 20" x 16" feed opening, no hopper, approximate 60" centerline height, driven by a 200 Hp, 460 Volt, 1783 rpm motor, 1:25 gearbox ratio, 100 output rpm includes miscellaneous panels.
